Our Staff

The Nauman and Clementz families are life-long residents of Germantown Hills. Ron Clementz and Steve Nauman decided to combine their 50 years accumulative experience in the construction business and opened their Company in 1993. They recently moved to their new location at 410 Jubilee Lane in Germantown Crossing. One can observe their talents by stepping inside FBA's newly remodeled office (the former Proctor First Care building). First Build Associates specializes in commercial and residential building. Our Shop

We are currently constructing our new shop on Woodland Knolls Rd. It will be set up as a complete cabinet shop where we will manufacture custom casework and furniture for our Projects. At present we are making 66 rooms of dorm furniture for Bradley's Geisert Hall in our old shop. Our new facility will be expanded this summer to provide storage for our equipment and building supplies.
